Hereford First Aid Training is holding a 3 hour Basic First Aid course and Coffee Morning on the 27th of April at 9.30am at Hereford FC.  Anyone is welcome to join but please book your place ASAP as spaces to this event are limited.

Learn how to perform CPR including AED awareness, how to deal with and adult, child or infant choking, basic bleeds and unconscious casualties.
