Terms and Conditions of Booking
Payment:
Full payment will be required at the time of booking unless formerly agreed with Hereford First Aid Training. Hereford First Aid Training reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Late payment charge:
Any invoices not settled within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 5% late payment fee of the total booking cost. This will be repeated every subsequent 30 days of non-payment. Any costs of recovering unpaid invoices will also be charged additionally.
Cancellation of booking:
All cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to the commencement of the course to be entitled to a full refund.
After 21 days and up to and 14 days prior to the course no refund will be given but we will endeavour to move the booking to another date.
No refund will be made in the event that a delegate fails to attend the course or if a cancellation is made after the 14 days including group bookings.
Cancellation of Courses by Hereford First Aid Training and changes to the Course Content:
Hereford First Aid Training reserves the right to alter the course content with no prior notice and reserves the right to cancel any training course at any time without liability. In the event that a course is cancelled, Hereford First Aid Training will offer alternative dates or a full refund.
