This CPD accredited course is ideal for those students that are out of date in their moving and handling of people practices, or those without the existing essential knowledge and understanding of the safe process of moving people to prevent injury to themselves and the person being moved, whilst also covering the legal requirements regarding the handling of people. This course is a more detailed course and therefore is suitable for those upon induction training or delegates with little or no moving and handling of people experience.

Course Structure
The moving people safely course is a mixed course and clients are requested to ensure that the training room supplied is suitable for theory delivery (i.e. a TV or suitably clear wall for the projector). Furthermore the practical element will require a suitable room with the equipment that the organisation wishes the delegates to be trained upon supplied.*
